Job description

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing on coffee roasting, mixing, grinding and packing machinery to ensure consistent and reliable operation

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues on production equipment and resolve faults efficiently to minimize downtime

• Conduct timely repairs on machinery and production equipment as needed

• Support production operations by ensuring all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards

• Perform facility maintenance tasks, including electrical wiring, lighting repairs, and basic plumbing when necessary

• Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities, including service records, maintenance logs, and equipment history

• Monitor spare parts inventory and assist in ordering necessary parts and supplies

• Provide emergency response support for any production-related breakdowns during operations

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential problems before they cause production delays technical issues

• Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to maintain high product standards and resolve any tasks

• Adhere to all safety procedures, lockout/ tagout protocols, and company policies while performing maintenance

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or production lines

• Perform any ad-hoc duty assigned by the Management
