Job description

• Position : Technician (Plumbing/Sanitary Fixtures/Bathroom/Kitchen)

• Location : Near Pasir Panjang MRT

• Working hours : 5 days work week Monday-Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Bathroom supply

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, servicing, and on-site repairs for bathroom products.

• Conduct on-site technical training sessions for contractors and plumbers to ensure proper product installation.

• Carry out timely testing and commissioning of installed bathroom products to facilitate smooth project handovers.

• Maintain documentation of servicing and project statuses for effective tracking and reporting.

• Identify and report defective products to the headquarters for resolution.

• Support ongoing operational needs by addressing additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min O level/ITE

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience, related industry is highly preferred

• Willing to travel to customer site when required

• Candidate without experience is welcome to apply as FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
