Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Technician (Medical Equipment) located in Ang Mo Kio. Our client develops sophisticated nurse call systems, enterprise reporting and analytics tools, and industry-leading software applications for caregivers and clinical staff. You will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance according to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. The role also involves coordinating site work with sub-contractors and customers, providing on-site support for systems testing, commissioning, and client training, both locally and overseas. Additionally, the position entails responding to emergency service calls during and after office hours, including public holidays, as part of a weekly standby rotation.
