Job summary

Vantive, a vital organ therapy company, seeks an individual for daily production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. Candidate should possess a NITEC/Diploma and ideally have 2 years of experience or be a fresh graduate. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical engineering are essential, with knowledge of PLC systems preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience or a fresh diploma holder.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, or control drawings/circuits.

Responsibilities

  • Assist supervisor in daily production activities to meet productivity targets and ensure high product quality.
  • Perform machine setup and troubleshooting to maximize machine uptime.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance, cleaning, and ensure timely calibration of instruments.
  • Conduct maintenance work following written procedures and manage spare parts control.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, 6S, GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in tasks and projects assigned by management to support continuous improvement.
  • Accept overtime assignments when required.
  • Adapt to flexible deployment across different work environments.

  • For Gamma operation:
  • Registered with CRP and has passed Gamma Certification (preferred).
  • Qualified to operate irradiator (preferred).
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
