Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out the installation, servicing, and upkeep of various household water, electrical, and gas appliances.
• Apply hands-on skills and system knowledge to efficiently diagnose and fix issues related to water, electrical, and gas systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers, understand their concerns, and provide effective, solution-oriented service.
• Work independently and take initiative in managing multiple service tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in water, electrical, gas, or electronics-related work.
• Must hold valid certifications from EMA and PUB to legally work on electrical, gas, and water appliances.
• Strong listening skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Capable of working independently and managing tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrates professionalism and maturity in dealing with both customers and team members.
• Anticipates customer needs and takes initiative to address issues effectively.
