Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee instrumentation, control, and automation systems on site. You will supervise contractors, perform simple maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and project requirements.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year in related fields, a Higher NITEC in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics or IT, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or IT.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in instrumentation, control, automation, or Electrical engineering fields.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors working on instrumentation, control, and automation systems to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on electrical, electronic, and automated systems to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct system checks on instrumentation and automation equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit detailed work reports, maintenance checklists, and progress updates to document site activities accurately.
• Monitor site safety practices and enforce contractor adherence to safety protocols for electronic and automated systems.
• Assist management with ad-hoc tasks related to instrumentation, control, automation, and IT systems to support operational needs.
• Travel between multiple sites as required to oversee ongoing projects and maintenance activities.
• Work outdoors and adapt to varying site conditions to fulfill site inspection duties effectively.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fresh graduates with Higher NITEC in (Electrical OR Electronic Engineer) with strong technical knowledge
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
