Job description

Job Title: Technician (Fan Blade Manufacturing)

As a Technician in Fan Blade Manufacturing, you will operate various shop floor operations including hand tools, gauges, fixtures, hydraulic or pneumatic tooling to craft high-precision hollow titanium fan blades.

Key Accountabilities:

• Operate CNC machines, furnaces, automated robots, and process lines.
• Work in a cleanroom environment, operating machines such as bonders, NDT processes (X-ray, FPI, UT), and etching lines.
• Follow technique sheets and quality procedures.
• Implement improvement initiatives, maintain 5S activities, and uphold housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in an engineering-related field.
• Open to recent graduates with no prior work experience.
• Ability to interpret and read 3D feature drawings.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
