Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore invites qualified candidates to join our manufacturing team. You will contribute to analyzing machine utilization, improving quality output, and maintaining production efficiencies.

This role requires a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, willingness to learn growth, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidates should be comfortable with 12-hour shifts including night shifts, and be committed to safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing machines utilization, improving and ensuring quality output.
• Maintain overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations
• Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards.
• Work alongside Equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet stringent product requirements.
• Demonstrates willingness to adopt AI-enabled ways of working with ability to apply digital tools, dashboards, automation solutions, and AI assistants (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, quality monitoring, and decision-making is advantageous.
