Job summary

ams OSRAM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technician, Equipment Engineering to support daily maintenance, PM activities and safety at our Singapore site.

You will perform routine machine maintenance, document issues, and contribute ideas to improve equipment performance. The role requires a Diploma or ITE/NITEC background in Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, with 1+ year experience in machine maintenance, preferably in a cleanroom.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or ITE/NITEC with related experience.
• Preferably 1+ year in machine maintenance, preferably in a cleanroom.
• Knowledge of electronics components, pneumatics, measurement and mechanical concepts.
• Dynamic, hardworking, detail-oriented and a good team player.
• Ability to work with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks of assigned station such as PM and workplace safety
• Perform routine job at station such as epoxy & Jetter Change and workplace safety
• Report and compilation of daily maintenance and other activities of assigned station, as well as write troubleshooting reporting pertaining to a machine down time
• Adherence to the company's organizational goals, objectives, and safety guidelines
• Provide improvements ideas and work within the group to further improve the equipment performance
• Execute the work accordingly to company policy and work instructions

Who we are looking for

• Knowledge of electronics components, pneumatics, measurement, mechanical concept.
