A leading company in pharmaceutical manufacturing is seeking a Utilities and Facilities Operations Specialist to manage the equipment and adherence to regulatory standards. This role involves overseeing the maintenance of critical systems such as compressed air and purified water, ensuring operational efficiency, and developing quality standards. Candidates must hold a Grade 2 Boiler Attendant Certification and have relevant experience in facility operations.

Job Description & Requirements

1. To run utilities and facilities operation for pharmaceutical manufacturing site and willing work in 8hr / 12hr shift as per operation requirements.

2. Responsible for utilities & Facilities equipment Operation, Maintenance, Calibration, spares management and drawings management.

3. A person shall have a minimum Grade 2 Boiler attendant certification.

4. A person shall have experience in operation & maintenance of Compressed air system, Purified water system, HVAC system, Fire protection system and waste management.

5. A person shall support to achieve site financial objectives through efficient utility operation, cost improvement actions and optimal cost options.

6. To perform techno commercial evaluations of consultants, vendors, and contractors.

7. Complying with operational and personnel standards, regulatory and statutory requirements to ensure efficient, reliable, and uninterrupted operation.

8. Ensure the site's facilities are maintained to the highest standards for cGMP requirements.

9. Responsible for development SOPs and quality standard for site with following of site QMS procedures.

10. Ensure to meet required the regulatory requirements (e.g. HSA, FDA etc.) and keep site audit ready all the time.

11. Responsible for managing a team of vendors / contractors.

12. To assist on any ah-hoc duties that been assigned / task by the immediate superior.
