Qualifications

  • At least 3 years work experience in inspection of aircraft engines.
  • Experience in aircraft engine MRO environment as a certifying technician preferred.
  • Good working knowledge in MS Office and SAP.

What You Will Do

  • Assist the Workshop Engineers and Cell leaders in operational duties
  • Perform inspection functions of engines, its associated parts, components or accessories
  • Perform work in and MRO environment
  • Interpret Approved Technical Data, Standard Practice, Customer’s Work scope specifications & engine work scope
  • Carry out housekeeping and other workshop activities as directed by the Supervisors
  • Comply with and adhere to EH&S regulations, standards, requirements and procedures
  • Maintenance of tooling and fixture
  • Support and participate in EH&S and Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives actively

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or any other related discipline
  • At least 3 years work experience in inspection of aircraft engine.
  • Experience in aircraft engine MRO environment as a certifying technician will be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP
  • High level of integrity, accountability and drive to complete tasks
  • Able to display Continuous Improvement competencies

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Completed CAAS M15(Gas Turbine course)/Gas Turbine Principles & Overhaul Overview, General Familiar Course in relevant Engine type or any relevant course will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Pratt and Whitney PW4000 engines models will be an advantage
