Overview

Technician cum Production Operator

Location: Singapore, Jalan Pemimpin

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: SGD 2,500 – 3,000 /month

Sainhall Nutrihealth is a Singapore-based SME with 30 years in the health and nutrition industry. We manufacture supplements and healthy snacks, including our in-house brands SainHealth and DeeFruit. As we continue expanding, we\'re looking for a capable Production Supervisor who thrives on hands-on work and team leadership in a certified manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Technician

  • Operate and monitor machine performance daily
  • Conduct machine troubleshooting when machine is faulty
  • Demonstrate responsiveness during instances of machine technical faults
  • To repair and perform all necessary preventive maintenance on machine and update document as required
  • Ensure good and proper housekeeping is performed on machines before and after production runs

Production Operator

  • Strictly adhere to production guide rules and ensure good quality work
  • Comply with all quality and work procedures/practices
  • Comply with all workplace safety, security and health policies and procedures
  • Inventory check and daily production record to be up to date
  • Contributes new ideas for improvement
  • Support in warehousing activities – including using of Forklift/Stacker on ad hoc basis
  • Write new Work Instructions and production documents as required
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor/ Operations Manager/Management
  • Ensure hygiene, quality, and food safety standards are upheld daily
Ideal Candidate
  • ITE /Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant education.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in the food manufacturing/processing industries. Fresh candidates with Electrical/Mechanical Engineering certification are welcomed to apply
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Immediate/Short notice availability preferred
  • Able to work independently and as a team, demonstrating a positive working attitude
  • Flexible in supporting various business activities when needed and be able to work under pressure
  • Preferably possess understanding of ISO 22,000 and GMP
  • Preferably Forklift License holders OR a willingness to obtain a Forklift License and operate on adhoc basis
  • Strong sense of accountability
