Job Description

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment and systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure all equipment is maintained in line with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards

• Collaborate with the team to reduce equipment downtime and complete timely repairs

• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment by following safety and food safety procedures

• Accurately document maintenance activities and service records

• Support ad-hoc tasks and maintenance-related projects as assigned

Requirements

• Min 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance experience preferred

• NITEC in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SAP, Outlook)

• Able to read technical diagrams and use workshop tools

• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and OT when required

• A team player with initiative and a strong work ethic

Salary & Package

• Gross Salary up to SGD2,500+

• Monthly Variable Shift Allowance:

  • SGD12/shift (PM)

  • SGD20/shift (Midnight)

• Annual Performance Bonus: 1–3 months

• Joining Bonus: Up to SGD5,000

• Staff Transport: Provided for late-night shifts
