• Nitec or Higher Nitec in any technical or engineering field.
• Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shift work.
• Machine handling experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production machines (e.g., palletizer, simple adjustments).
• Assist shift leads in executing daily production tasks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support machine conversions.
• Maintain accurate product handling.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in your work area.

Job description

Location: Tuas area (Transport allowance provided, 2 way transport pick up!!)
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 rotating pattern)

• Day Shift: 8:30am to 8:30pm
• Night Shift: 8:30pm to 8:30am

Salary Package: Up to $3,200/month

• Basic: $2,400
• Shift Allowance: $23 or $38
• Transport Allowance: $400
• Additional: AWS + Variable Bonus

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate and support production machines (e.g., palletizer, simple adjustments)
• Assist shift leads in executing daily production tasks
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support machine conversions
• Maintain accurate product handling (e.g., quarantine and resorting)
• Ensure proper coordination and communication across teams
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in your work area
• Participate in improvement projects (e.g., Kaizen)
