Position: Technician

Base Location: Singapore

Department: Engineering

Reporting to: Duty Technician

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Attend to guest feedback/request
• Carry out inspections of MEP plant rooms and systems
• Record utility consumption
• Perform daily routine inspections of public areas
• Conduct preventive maintenance for guestrooms
• Perform preventive maintenance for public areas, F&B outlets, and function rooms
• Handle breakdowns and repairs of equipment
• Respond to emergency incidents

Key Requirements:

• Higher NITEC / NITEC in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• 1 to 2 years of experience in hotel or commercial buildings
• Ability to work on weekends, shifts, and public holidays
• Training in First Aid, Fire Response in the Workplace, and Fire Emergency Response in Buildings
