To provide the skills in the various technical disciplines to support the Building & Engineering functions in order to provide an effective & efficient maintenance program in the properties owned by the Group.
Responsibilities
Perform all sanitary & plumbing works including, but not limited to, repairs & maintenance to fittings & installations, e.g., floor/waste traps, gratings, sewage ejector/pumps, drainage & water storage systems, sump-pumps, grease traps, pressure reducing valves, water hammer control valves.
Read & record all utility meters (water & electricity) and consumptions.
Clear minor chokages in sanitary systems - sewers, soil, and storm water pipings.
Service & maintain all M&E plant & facilities viz; AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, chilled & condenser water pumps, switchboards, etc.
Scheduled white washing of walls and painting of plant, equipment, and building fixtures.
Service & maintain the fire protection installations viz; pumps, control valves, alarm gongs, fire extinguishers, hosereels, landing valves, wet risers, water tanks, sprinklers systems, switchboards, etc.
Supervise & work, where applicable, with appointed contractors to reinstate or restore building facilities.
Check & troubleshoot control circuits, air distribution equipment, & BAS/FAS systems, etc.
Construct, install & set-up temporary facilities for Marcom events and other such similar activity.
Patrol & check all mechanical & electrical plant rooms and service areas as scheduled in the dept's PM program.
Attend promptly to tenants service requests for chargeable or non-chargeable works.
Assist to install carparking signages, floor/road markings & temporary repairs to building leakages.
