Job description

As a Technician (Fan Blade Manufacturing), you will have the opportunity to perform various operations on the shop floor, including the use of hand tools, gauges, fixtures, hydraulic or pneumatic tooling to craft high-precision hollow titanium fan blades.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Operate CNC machines, furnaces, automated robots, and process lines.
2. Work in a cleanroom environment, operating machines such as bonders, NDT (X-ray, FPI, UT) equipment, and etching lines.
3. Follow technique sheets and quality procedures.
4. Implement improvement initiatives, maintain 5S activities, and uphold housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum NITEC or Diploma in an engineering-related field.
2. Open to recent graduates with no work experience.
3. Ability to interpret and read 3D feature drawings.
4. Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
