A leading printing solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Technologist to manage the installation and maintenance of printers and related equipment. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in IT and at least two years of relevant experience, alongside strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. This role involves providing excellent customer support and ensuring equipment is functioning optimally.
Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software.
Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning cartridges, printers, and copiers onsite and remotely.
Providing demonstrations and customer training.
Providing excellent customer support and service.
Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners and printers.
Writing diagnostic reports and training manuals.
Managing orders and stock of new equipment, parts, and materials.
Providing excellent customer support and service.
Managing schedules and customer emergencies.
Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry.
Serve as the first point of contact for Client end users seeking technical assistance over phone, email, MS team and ticketing system and updating all cases reported into the Client ticketing system.
