The Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the Hotel's machinery, equipment, building, fixtures and facilities, execution for preventive maintenance, to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Engineering Department and to perform all preventive, breakdown maintenance and repair of all M&E services and building works.

Our Expectations:

  • Operate and maintain the Mechanical and Electrical equipment in the building to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs such as painting, patching walls, plumbing facilities, and electrical works and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Execute the Planned Preventive Maintenance programmed (PPM) schedule are implemented and carry out according to schedule.
  • Perform checks and inspections to all plant machinery and equipment. Record all inspection and comments in the forms as provided.
  • Respond and prioritize maintenance requests to ensure guests receive quality service in accordance to Pan Pacific Hotel Group’s service delivery standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of utilities conservation measures and takes initiative to achieve agreed target reduction set.
  • Record use of Engineering stock and inform supervisor on low level whenever occurs to contribute to an effective inventory control system.
