Qualifications

• ITE, Polytechnic Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, maintenance tools, machine operation, and standard workshop practices.
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn; able to work under supervision and follow technical instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and meet task timelines with accuracy and professionalism.
• Good attention to details, a hands-on mindset, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production, testing, or laboratory equipment by following SOPs.
• Perform routine calibrations, verification, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting or repair work to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• Assist in setup, calibration, and verification of machines, tools, and measurement instruments.
• Support senior or lead technicians during more complex maintenance, testing, calibration, or equipment-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, inspections, calibration results, and repair; report abnormalities or safety concerns.
• Comply with WSH regulations, company safety guidelines, and quality requirements at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance practices, workflow efficiency, equipment handling, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
• Perform other related technical or operational duties as assigned.
