Job description

. Surveying buildings and repairing mechanical systems.

. Performing maintenance of electrical systems.

. Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.

. Sourcing replacement parts.

. Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.

. Fabricating components as required.

. Maintaining heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.

. Inspecting alarm systems (fire, protection) and scheduling repairs when needed.

. Performing manual repairs when necessary.
