Job summary

DolphinDynamics Labs Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Mongolian language specialist to translate and localize our SafeDay platform, training materials, and customer communications.

You will work closely with our DevOps team, create user guides, how-tos, release notes, and video tutorials, and participate in testing to ensure linguistic accuracy and user clarity.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mongolian (written and spoken) required.
• Experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, or related work.
• Ability to create presentations, manuals, procedures, and knowledge bases.
• Experience creating video tutorials.
• Ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences.
• Time spent using the product and discussing features with the technical team.

Responsibilities

• Translate and localize app content, training materials, newsletters and customer communications.
• Create user guides, how-tos, API references, getting-started guides, FAQs and release notes.
• Produce video tutorials for Mongolian users.
• Discuss features with the technical team and participate in testing cycles.
• Assist Mongolian-speaking users via support calls and feedback channels.

DolphinDynamics Labs is a fully funded start-up based in Singapore. We have a strongDevOps team who design, develop and support our in house build App and SaaS platform called SafeDay.

SafeDay helps frontline workers in high risk industries work safely.

Our users are across the world and expanding in Mongolia. We are therefore looking for a highly skilled Mongolian language specialist who can bring linguistic depth, cultural context, and precision to our app translated content, training, newsletters and communications with our customers.

For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to work directly with the founders and highly skilled DevOps team delivering new features, training and engaging with our user base.

Key Requirements :

• Fluency in Mongolian written and spoken is required, along with demonstrated experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, or related professional work.
• Clear communication skills, cultural knowledge, and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience creating presentations, user guides, manuals, procedures, processes, including flow charts and diagrams, product documentation, and user guides, How-tos, and knowledge base. In addition, we create API references, Getting-Started Guides, FAQs, and Release Notes
• Experience creating video tutorials.
• Experience analysing technical information and present it to an audience with less experience so that it's easy for them to understand.
• You will be required to spend time using the product you will be writing about and discussing features with the technical team.
• You will be required to participate in testing cycles.
• Answer support calls in particular for our Mongolian user base.
• An eye for details and understanding of design principles.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas.
• Open to continuous learning and willingness to share.
• Being able to influence and support continued development.
