Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Engineering Change Notification (ECN) processes within the BluePrint PM platform. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have a foundational understanding of HTML and a keen interest in manufacturing documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with SMEs to convert SOP and technical documents into HTML format.
· Ensure accuracy and consistency during document conversion and upload them to the BluePrint platform.
· Assist in drafting, documenting, and tracking Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs).
· Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance SOP clarity and usability.
· Provide training and guidance to internal teams on SOP-related tools and updates.
· Handle translated content in Traditional Chinese or Japanese (basic comprehension is a plus).
· Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
· Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Proficiency in written and verbal English.
· Basic knowledge of HTML5 and content structuring.
· Familiarity with Traditional Chinese or Japanese (reading only) is a bonus.
· Good attention to detail, documentation discipline, and communication skills.
