2. Educate and train salon staff on the science, benefits, and application techniques of iluvia's products to ensure effective usage.
3. Provide detailed knowledge on product ingredients, benefits, and eco-conscious aspects to reinforce brand values and product integrity.
4. Develop tailored training sessions, adapting content to address unique salon needs and hair types, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
5. Collect and analyze feedback from salons, providing insights to R&D and product development teams.
6. Assist in organizing and delivering training workshops, seminars, and product launch events in salons and on various platforms.
7. Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, product advancements, and salon protocols to ensure iluvia stays ahead in the market.
