Technical Team Lead (Security Systems)
[Up to $4,800 | Military Camp Deployment | Leadership Role | Transport Allowance Provided]
Location: Various Military Camp Sites (Deployed Based)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Availability: Must be open to rotational standby duties for after-hours activations
Salary Range: Up to $4,800 (Basic)
Transport Allowances:
Own Car: $750/month
Own Motorbike: $400/month
Company Van Provided: Additional $150 for parking (van can be driven home)
We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Team Lead to manage and guide a team of service technicians maintaining critical electronic security systems within military facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance technical work with team oversight to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the execution of servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
Act as the main point of contact for clients on technical issues and service planning.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of on-site jobs.
Perform hands-on diagnostics and maintenance on electronic security systems.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations during all activities.
Provide reporting and updates to the Technical Manager on team performance and site status.
Coach and mentor junior team members to build up team capability.
Qualification: Minimum NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Experience: At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
Technical Proficiency: Must have hands-on experience with at least two (2) of the following systems:
CCTV Systems
Access Control Systems (ACS)
Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
Transport: Valid Class 3 license or own motorbike
Added Advantage: IT/network/server knowledge and prior experience in high-security environments
Transport Allowances (Car/Motorbike/Van)
