Job description

As a leader in the technical domain, you will be responsible for setting the standard through hands-on leadership, ensuring adherence to best practices, SOLID principles, and high-quality engineering standards in all technical decisions. Your expertise will drive the utilization of .NET Core, Azure services, and Clean Architecture to construct scalable, maintainable, and efficient systems. Taking full ownership of projects, you will oversee their successful and timely delivery, focusing on operational excellence at every step.Championing quality, you will advocate for the implementation of unit testing, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure the delivery of reliable and robust solutions. Collaborating closely with senior engineers, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge technical solutions. Moreover, nurturing the growth of the team will be a key aspect of your role, as you mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills, promote clean code practices, and drive engineering excellence forward.Instilling and enforcing best practices will be a priority, encompassing coding standards, peer reviews, and effective documentation. Working in partnership with product teams, you will contribute to defining and executing a strategic roadmap aligned with business goals.
