About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps to join a fast-paced environment in Singapore. If you're a strategic thinker who can lead teams, manage project deliverables, and guide clients through their digital transformation journey, this is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution.

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Drive the technical direction of projects by designing scalable, efficient, and robust solutions using Dynamics CRM and Power Apps. You'll be responsible for architecture decisions, including data modeling, system integration, and customization, ensuring that the solution meets both functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, managing scope, timelines, and resources. Ensure the technical team follows best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment. Be the point of escalation for technical issues and ensure successful and timely delivery.

  • Team Mentorship & Development: Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing technical team. You'll be responsible for enhancing team capabilities, conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and ensuring ongoing skill development in Dynamics CRM and Power Apps technologies.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, translating their business needs into detailed technical requirements. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on solution design and progress.

  • System Integration & Customization: Work closely with clients to integrate Dynamics CRM and Power Apps solutions with existing systems. You'll be deeply involved in developing custom functionalities, plugins, and workflows, leveraging your hands-on technical skills to ensure smooth integrations.

  • Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery. You'll provide hands-on support for solving complex technical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption and that all technical deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices related to Dynamics CRM and Power Apps. Drive innovation within the team by exploring new technical approaches and optimizing processes to improve project outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in project management or team leadership roles with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM and Power Apps.

  • Strong Technical Expertise: You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps. You’ve worked on end-to-end solution delivery, from designing architectures to implementing and customizing solutions for complex business needs. You’re comfortable leading technical teams and ensuring best practices are followed in configuration, development, and integration.

  • Project Management Experience: You’ve successfully managed end-to-end project delivery for Dynamics CRM and Power Apps implementations, handling everything from initial planning and requirement gathering to final delivery and post-go-live support. You have experience managing project scope, timelines, resources, and client expectations to ensure that technical solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Expert in System Integration: You’re deeply familiar with integrating Dynamics CRM and Power Apps with other enterprise systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly across platforms. Whether it’s custom development, APIs, or third-party integrations, you have hands-on experience solving integration challenges.

  • Passionate About Continuous Learning: You’re committed to keeping up with the latest trends in Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You’re always looking for ways to improve both your technical skills and the quality of the solutions your team delivers.

  • Technical Certifications: Ideally, you have certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Apps, as well as relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum). If not, you should have a strong willingness to pursue these certifications to further cement your expertise.
