Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist with hands-on experience in supporting CLS (ACBS) environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of ACBS infrastructure, and be capable of supporting integration and migration projects within a complex financial systems environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for CLS (ACBS) environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues related to ACBS.
  • Support and troubleshoot ACBS-related batch processes, data interfaces, and connectivity components.
  • Work closely with project managers and architects to provide technical input on integration and migration strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of data migrations, system integrations, and environment upgrades.
  • Monitor system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and configuration settings.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience supporting ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) environments, especially CLS configurations.
  • Strong understanding of ACBS architecture, batch jobs, workflows, and system integration points.
  • Experience in integration and migration projects, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Shell), SQL, and basic middleware configurations.
  • Familiarity with interface technologies like REST, SOAP, MQ, or file-based integrations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ACBS-related modules such as loan servicing, collateral management, or credit facilities.
  • Experience working in environments with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
