Job Description & Responsibility:

• Provide comprehensive sales and technical support to customers to ensure optimal performance and proper usage of company products.

• Conduct regular maintenance and monitor the performance of products.

• Assist customers with product setup, including drawing simulations.

• Support customers during product operation and usage.

• Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues effectively.

• Offer professional advice and technical information as requested by customers or deemed necessary by the Service Engineer.

• Reporting on product performance, defects, yields, and other technical issues.

• Collecting and sharing customer feedback, including requirements, opinions, and concerns about the products or their performance.

• Providing information requested by customers related to company products.

Requirement:

• JLPT N2 level required for communication with Head Office and report translation.

• Min Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

• Entry levels are welcomed, as training will be provided.
