Technical Support Manager/ Home Appliance/ 5.5 Days/ East
Job Description:
  • Basic Salary from $3500 - $4500, Staff Perks
  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday Friday & 9am - 1pm Saturday
  • Work Location: Ubi
  • Experience in technical support in home appliances/ electronic products preferred
  • After-sales service / Technical team management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire warranty process from initial contact to resolution.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales service.
  • Lead, mentor and train the after-sales service team to enhance performance and skills.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the after-sales service process and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product issues and secure necessary support.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the best terms possible, replacements, or repair under warranty.
  • Manage inventory to ensure sufficient spare parts for daily operations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Malaysia customer service support team to update repair status accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in a related field.
  • Experience in E-commerce/ Home appliances/ Electronic products management is an advantage.
