Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level after-sales technical support to all customers.
  • Work closely with other internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction through project execution.
  • Provide strategic oversight to ensure effective technical troubleshooting and on-site support for customer installations.
  • Identify workflow improvements through team learning and industry best practices.
  • Regularly update SOP and operational checklists.
  • Manage contractors and other suppliers to ensure work is done according to contractual specifications and quality levels.
  • Manage spare parts, equipment, and tools to ensure they are at optimal levels and in working condition.
  • Ensure technical support team compliance with safety standards, procedures, and other regulations.
  • Perform investigations arising from customer complaints and ensure service requests are fulfilled.
  • Liaise with other government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • 8 years of technical operations in customer support, field service support experience in the gas & energy or utilities industry.
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in strategy and policy development.
  • Excellent team and cross-functional management skills.
  • Good understanding of gas delivery systems, installation, and technical support.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.
