Job Description:

Our client, a leading Japanese company in the field of Abatement, VOC devices, and scrubber systems, is looking for a Technical Support staff who can start immediately.

• Support site managers and team members with technical issues related to scrubbers

• Communicate with Japan for issues beyond your knowledge and relay solutions to the site

• Visit sites for PM/CM activities, troubleshooting, or ad-hoc tasks such as client meetings

• Assist with CMS/SCADA system setup and operation, coordinate with third-party vendors if needed

• Basic knowledge of CX-programmer for PLC program management

• Basic understanding of GP-Pro EX for touch panel programming

• Assist with Gas DRE testing, including tool procurement and communication with vendors

• Manage claim reports, follow up on cases, and facilitate communication between site and TS Department

• Record shipment details, verify parts codes with Japan, and prepare DRE reports

• Conduct risk assessments and address safety issues, investigate onsite accidents, and promote WSH awareness

• Prepare daily and weekly reports, translate documents and emails, and interpret during meetings or training

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Japanese (written and spoken) for liaising with HQ

• Mandarin speaking ability to communicate with clients in Mandarin-speaking countries

• Diploma in Engineering or related field

• Strong technical problem-solving skills and negotiation abilities for service contracts

• Experience in Semiconductor Fab or Service Audit is advantageous

• Knowledge of semiconductor facilities and processes is a plus

• Willing to travel daily to various sites

• Self-driven, energetic, resourceful, and leadership qualities

• Meticulous with documentation, responsible, and independent

• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
