We’re looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Support Executive. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our merchants and play a key part in ensuring smooth onboarding, support, and overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries efficiently via phone and email
Manage both inbound and outbound calls related to merchant applications and account support
Support the BD/Sales team with administrative and technical assistance
Conduct on-site installations and provide training to new merchants on how to use payment terminals
Handle general operational tasks and assist with ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
Experience in customer service or operations, especially within payments, banking, or fintech, is a strong advantage
Strong attention to detail with a customer-first mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Willingness to handle delivery and installation of POS terminals in person when required
