Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering / Industrial / Mechatronics

• Knowledge in PLC, Control/Automation, IOT Knowledge will be an added advantage

• Training provided

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product management for the product we are distributing.

• Provide post-sale and pre-sale application and sales support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer needs.

• Prepare and present application/solution proposals according to customer requirements.

• Provide technical application support, respond to customer queries and issues over telephone or email.

• Provide product training and conduct product demonstrations to customers.

• Work closely with the sales team to maintain existing customer relationships.

• Use product application knowledge to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product and how it may suit their needs better than competing products.

• Build relationships with our product's principal and provide customer feedback for service and/or product enhancements.

• Value-add to customers’ needs and strengthen relationships with them.
