Roles and Responsibilities

• Support sales activities throughequipment installation, demonstrations, and user training(hardware & software)
• Deliver excellentafter-sales serviceto clients in Singapore and surrounding ASEAN countries
• Providetechnical expertiseand solutions for application-related challenges
• Assist inproduct launches, workshops, and seminar preparations
• Handlebiological sample preparationfor demonstrations or applications

Requirements

• MinimumDiploma in Science or Engineering
• Exposure to or knowledge ofmicroscopyis preferred
• Strong interest in software applications and a foundation inBiology, Optics, or Physicsare welcome
• Ability to work independently and also thrive as ateam player
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness totravel occasionallyoverseas for customer or regional support
