• Position : Technical Support Engineer (PLC/HMI/Automation) - Up To $5,000 + AWS

• Location : West – Bukit Batok Crescent

• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic of $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Reimbursement/Allowance + Mobile Phone Allowance + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product management for the product we are distributing

• Provide post sale and presale application and sales support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.

• Prepare and present application/ solution proposals according to customer requirements

• Provide technical, application/ Support technical requests/support, respond to customer queries and issues of our customers over telephone or email.

• Provide product training and conduct product demonstration to customers

• Work closely with sales team to maintain existing customers’ relationship.

• Using product application knowledge to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.

• Build up relationship with our product's principal and provide customers’ feedback to product's principal for service and/or products enhancements.

Requirements:

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

• Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering/ Industrial/ Mechatronics

• Passion for Programming Logic Controllers (PLC) / Experienced with PLC programming & HMI will be strongly preferred

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with colleagues who can only speak in mandarin
