Job Description:

The Field Technical Support role involves managing onsite delivery of software services, including pre-sales, post-sales, installation, and configuration for customer environments. You will troubleshoot various business systems, network, and application problems, ensuring customer satisfaction through reactive and proactive support according to SLAs. Your responsibilities include providing post-sales onsite technical support, aligning solutions with customer needs, and contributing to customer experience, revenue growth, and account retention.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide onsite support with installation, configuration, and implementation of compute and storage solutions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on customer systems.
  3. Assist team members in tasks such as system configurations and performance testing.
  4. Handle customer relations, provide guidance, and escalate issues when necessary.
  5. Deliver customized services to large enterprise and complex accounts.
Education and Skills:
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure environments.
  • Basic knowledge of software, hardware, storage, and peripherals.
  • Effective communication skills at technical and management levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a high service attitude.
