We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer with a background in electronics to join our team. This role involves providing pre-sales consultation, resolving technical issues, and supporting product certifications. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our electronic products and systems.
Provide pre-sales technical consultation and respond to customer inquiries regarding electronic products and systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to electronic devices and embedded systems.
Offer technical assistance for issues involving computer systems, firmware, and electronic components.
Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and support materials for internal and external use.
Support product certification processes and manage renewals in compliance with industry standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Min 2 years of hands-on experience in technical support or engineering roles within the electronics industry.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and technical support tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex hardware and software issues.
