About the role

  • Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries from customers through ticketing system

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, providing effective and efficient solutions

  • Document technical processes, procedures, and solutions to improve knowledge management and training

  • Continuously improve customer service by identifying and implementing process improvements
