Salary

Job Scope
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team through data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and troubleshooting for pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Conduct failure analysis, benchmark testing, and both destructive and non-destructive tests to identify material or product defects.
  • Support production, logistics, and quality teams in production processes and in-process quality operations.
  • Collaborate with R&D to perform benchmark testing and develop new analytical methods based on customer requirements.
  • Execute laboratory testing, maintain documentation, ensure data accuracy, and manage lab equipment, SOPs, and inventory.
  • Contribute as an ISO 17025 committee member to uphold QMS standards and ensure compliance with ISO testing procedures.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • 0 – 3 Years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong knowledge of polymers, plastics, and injection molding, with hands‑on experience in analytical instruments such as FT‑IR, SEM, DSC, and TGA.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001; knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
