Job description

Responsibilities

  • Use judgment to choose the best methods and techniques to get results.
  • Work with specialists and other teams to solve technical issues and restore equipment to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Document solutions and technical findings in reports and presentations.
  • Support field engineers in troubleshooting complex optical, electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
  • Help with equipment installation, relocation, and upgrades.
  • Provide technical training when needed.
  • Willing to travel internationally 20–30% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Science
  • 5+ years of experience with hardware/software integration and troubleshooting (preferably in semiconductor or complex systems)
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus
  • Project management experience is a bonus
