Job description
Responsibilities
Use judgment to choose the best methods and techniques to get results.
Work with specialists and other teams to solve technical issues and restore equipment to meet customer satisfaction.
Document solutions and technical findings in reports and presentations.
Support field engineers in troubleshooting complex optical, electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
Help with equipment installation, relocation, and upgrades.
Provide technical training when needed.
Willing to travel internationally 20–30% of the time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Science
5+ years of experience with hardware/software integration and troubleshooting (preferably in semiconductor or complex systems)
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus
Project management experience is a bonus
