Technical Support (CCTV)

About the role

Hyper Communications Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Support (CCTV) to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our clients' CCTV systems, ensuring they function efficiently and reliably.

What you'll be doing

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for products and solutions, including network systems
• Coordinate on-site installations and commissioning of security systems
• Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and Servicing of Security Systems
• Proactively support additional tasks, including ad-hoc projects, as assigned
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and system changes
• Capable of tracing, rectifying, and installing network cables

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience in CCTV system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on IT support experience
• Possess local class 3 driving licenses
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
