Responsibilities:
Manage service team and coordinate training
Provide engineering and technical support to Sales Team
Coordinate with Factory for technical matters
Attend site meetings and factory meetings
Responsible for a high quality, cost-efficient and on time service operation (internal and external)
Ensure that team is working within right process; keep the processes up to date; improve process efficiency and execution of all related processes
Perform any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
Diploma or degree qualification
5 years of related experience
Microsoft Office
Leadership ability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
