Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of technical experience specifically in motherboard repairs for iPhone, Samsung, and Android smartphones.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in English and basic communication to effectively interact with customers, technicians and management.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage a team of repair technicians in daily operations, ensuring efficiency, high-quality repair standards, and adherence to company policies.
• Provide advanced technical support and expert-level repair for complex motherboard issues on iPhones, Samsung, and various Android smartphones/tablets, including water damage, sudden death issues, error codes, Apple logo issues, auto-restart, memory upgrades, IC restoration (Touch, Home Button, WiFi, U2 IC, Charging IC, Display IC).
• Oversee and perform high-precision smartphone glass and LCD display separations, especially for high-end iPhone and Samsung curved LCD screens.
• Supervise general repair tasks, including LCD, battery, charging port, and button replacements, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Conduct technical training sessions and mentoring to develop the skills and expertise of junior technicians.
• Manage inventory and procurement of technical repair components and equipment, maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Monitor repair performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
