Job Description

The candidate should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Applications with at least 2 end-to-end implementations. The role is for a Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in at least 2-3 of the following Fusion modules along with the Core HR module:

• Time and Labor
• Absence Management
• Benefits
• Talent Management
• Recruitment
• Workforce Compensation

Experience in HCM Cloud Conversion using HDL and HSDL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula is required. Must have worked on RTF Template, E-text template, and Excel template. Working knowledge in Fusion Security and Workflow is essential. Experience with OCI (Oracle Integration Cloud) will be an added advantage.

Additional skills include Business Process Mapping, Configuration, User Acceptance Testing, User Training, Project Documentation, and strong Communication Skills. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM configurations, setups, transactions, and security is necessary. Knowledge of benefits, OTL, Taleo, HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, REST Web services, Fast Formula, Absences, Workforce Compensation, and related Oracle Cloud HCM modules is also important.
