A leading company specializing in integrated IT solutions is seeking a seasoned Technical Solutioner. You will be responsible for developing complex solutions for Kyndryl Services, managing customer relationships, and driving large service deals. This role combines technical expertise with a strong focus on customer success, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description Summary
Responsible for the development of complex integrated solutions for Kyndryl Services, including for Kyndryl Infrastructure, Public and Private Cloud, Applications, Data & AI, Project, and Consulting services and value directly to customers directly to customers. Develops and manages customer relationships with solution decision makers in the Infrastructure and Customer Line of Business organizations. Owns the end-to-end solution to the customer, risk identification/mitigation, cost case, and deliverability of the overall solution for our most complex engagements. This is a customer facing role in which 50 to 70% of the time is spent in face-to-face discussions with customers and typically working on one to three engagements at a time.

You will be responsible for the development of complex integrated solutions for all Kyndryl Services, including for Kyndryl Infrastructure, Public and Private Cloud, Applications, Data & AI, Project, and Consulting services and value directly to customers.
As Technical Solutioning at Kyndryl, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering cutting-edge, integrated solutions for Kyndryl Infrastructure, Project, and Consulting services. This will involve collaborating closely with customers to understand their unique needs and developing tailored solutions that drive business value and growth.
You will develop and manage technology-led relationships with solution decision makers in the Infrastructure and Customer Line of Business organizations. Understanding Customer requirements and translating it into custom solutions / Kyndryl offering as per the requirements and gaining customer acceptance of the proposed solution.
Owns the end-to-end solution to the customer, risk identification/mitigation, cost, profit, and deliverability of the overall solution for our most complex engagements. You will size and estimate the efforts and commercials for opportunities. You will ensure all Internal approvals are obtained in timely manner before contracting. You will be in customer facing role in which 50% of the time is spent in face-to-face discussions with customers and typically working on one to three engagements at a time.
