Ready to take your career to new heights? We're looking for a Technical Services Coordinator to help keep our aircraft in top flying condition! In this exciting role, you’ll be the go-to person for organizing and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You'll work closely with our Director of Technical Services and play a key part in supporting the team behind the scenes of every successful flight. What you'll be doing:
Request and review quotations and ensure maintenance is executed in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the respective NAA and the approved AMP
Organize, oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in cooperation with MRO
Assessment of AD issued by the NAA
Evaluate, assess and organize the performance of mandatory, as well as recommended and optional SBs
Prepare and organize the renewal of the C of A with the NAA
Respond to AOG situations by coordinating or rectifying with respective MRO
Support customer in relation to aircraft purchase and sales projects
Respond to and resolve client complaints & requests in relation to MRO
Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in aircraft airworthiness or relevant disciplines
3+ years of relevant work experience in aircraft airworthiness environment or related field
Thorough knowledge in EASA Part-M, OTAR Part 39 and equivalent regulatory requirements
Thorough knowledge of aircraft management and understanding of various flight services
Good understanding of commercial drivers of aircraft management
Knowledge of wide body CAMO procedures would be a plus
EASA Part 66 license would be a plus
Excellent communications and people skills
Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability
Strong initiative and self-direction
