Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers & Managers in technical services activities, including rubber testing, analysis, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Handle material preparation and machine setup/operation.
• Perform rubber recipe weighing, mixing, compounding, and properties evaluation.
• Maintain lab equipment in proper working condition and perform minor troubleshooting.
• Follow SOPs and CL procedures during testing and inspections.
• Maintain inventory records and update storage records.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and maintain good housekeeping at the workplace.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a rubber inspection laboratory
• Computer-literate with hands-on experience using lab equipment.
• Able and keen to work in a laboratory environment.
• Capable of handling mechanical machines and performing hands-on technical tasks.
• NITEC in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, or minimum “O” Level qualification.
