Overview

We are seeking a Technical Service Technician to support our engineering and technical services team. This role involves conducting rubber testing and analysis, handling equipment troubleshooting, and ensuring timely documentation updates. Ideal candidates should be hands-on, meticulous, and eager to work in a laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rubber recipe weighing, mixing, and compounding.
• Conduct rubber property evaluations according to SOPs and checklists.
• Set up and operate laboratory machines and testing equipment.
• Handle raw materials and prepare samples for testing.
• Perform equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update inventory records and storage locations.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the laboratory through regular housekeeping.
• Comply with all safety protocols, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and company guidelines.
• Assist engineers and managers in technical service tasks and reporting.

Requirements
