• Hands-on experience in Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV.
• Experience in security system configuration and third-party integration is a plus.

Job Summary:

• Basic salary up to $ 5,000+ Incentives + AWS & Bonus

• Transport Allowance from $150 to $750

• Monday - Friday: Office hours

• Location: Changi

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full service and maintenance workflow for timely and efficient execution

• Act as the main point of contact for all client maintenance-related matters

• Lead and delegate responsibilities within the service team to ensure smooth operations

• Develop service plans, manage resources, and track progress across key milestones

• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and team performance

• Build strong client relationships by understanding their business needs

• Ensure high-quality outcomes by managing both technical and operational aspects

Job Requirement :

• Must have class 3/3A driving license

• Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must

• Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage

• Technology savvy (hardware & software)
